Rib Smoking

Review: Smokin Ribs

Introduction: The combination of music and info was a nice touch. I grew up on a farm in Grenta, Virginia, so the parts of a pig is very familiar to me. Now I usually choose chicken and fish, but love me some ribs.

Observation: Entry taken from you tube was concise and informative in ways to prepare ribs. I enjoyed  Marlows in Tennessee.

Observation: The Smokin Meat site was direct and understandable. I know that I will be able to incoporate the recipes with my chicken dishes.

Evaluation: Questions were direct and uniformed.

Recommendations: Each author should have post information about himself.
